How long will it take my order to process?

Orders are processed within 3-5 business days of payment and are expected to be shipped out within 1-3 business days, although they may arrive sooner.

Orders are NOT processed on the weekends or holidays.

Does Bon Vivant Tresses accept returns?

Bon Vivant Tresses is truly dedicated to providing the best hair for our customers, We carefully analyze each bundle before sending them out to our Babes. At this time we do not offer refunds but we are willing to exchange tresses for store credit if we are notified within 72 hours of you recieving your order. Send an email with the subject EXCHANGE to info@bonvivanttresses.com

Please understand that in order to receive store credit for your purchase, tresses must be returned in the condition in which you received it. Any hair that has been modified in any way will NOT be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.
